Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic leader to represent KARRASS and sell our business negotiation training programs to companies in Mexico and the US. As a bi-lingual Sales Development Manager, your primary focus will be developing relationships with client companies in the US and Mexico.
You will: - Develop in-depth knowledge of the market, products, and benefits - Engage potential clients via phone, email, and outbound warm calls - Research potential clients and transact contact through to sale - Create and undertake other sales initiatives to draw new clients - Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships - Close sales
We are looking for the proven ability to effectively project, manage, and monitor sales development, a high level of comfort with Excel/Word and CRM, excellent research skills, outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.
- 3-5 years of sales and/or account management (B2B sales preferred) - Experience selling non-tangible products preferred - Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels - Able to work independently - Bachelor's Degree Preferred

We offer base salary + commission, performance-based commission increase, health benefit package, and a great office in Santa Monica.

Pay: From $90,000 per year

Schedule: - Monday to Friday 7:30-4
