Our dealership is under new ownership since July of 2021 and is one of the fastest growing Volvo retailers in the nation. We are looking for individuals with sales experience and if you are looking for a dealership that is family owned in a high traffic location ? We have an amazing opportunity for you with one of the hottest brands in the industry. The Volvo model line up is exciting with new models and industry leading technology. The XC40 Recharge all electric model and the award winning XC lineup is highly desirable among automotive buyers. Luxury automotive sales experience is preferred but not required.Responsibilities:

• Sales Professionals are trained to sell new or used vehicles at a profit to the dealership, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Two consecutive weekdays days off per week (weekend availability required).Requirements:
  • Professionalcommunication, organization, time management, computer and basic mathskills.
  • Team Player with positive energy and eagerness to improve.
  • Competitive and self motivated attitude that thrives on achieving goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.Qualifications:
    • Knowledge of Sales and Customer Service
    • College Degree, High School Diploma or GED
    • Automotive, Hospitality/Retail, Business related field
    • Valid Driver's License
    • Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
    • Ability to learn web applications for customer management
    • Ability to understand and follow instructions
    • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel
