Do you have a great attitude, love to provide exceptional service, and are looking for a full-time position with some flexibility? Do you have call center, sales, travel industry or cruise line experience? If so, this might be the right job for you! We're looking for a full-time Cruise Reservations Agent for a luxury brand (homebased) in the West Los Angeles area who will take inbound calls from Travel Professionals and Direct Consumers to sell cruise voyages. Hours may vary but were flexible - you must be able to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Career growth opportunities available.

Skills needed for success:

Ideal location West Los Angeles area
Some in-person training in the Miami area required
Exceptional customer service skills and follow through
Ability to handle multiple telephone calls and emails throughout the day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experienced with MS Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook Email
Knowledge of Seaware software a plus
