Building Automation Support Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Building Automation Technical Support Senior Analyst to provide high-quality technical support for control systems and network management software.
Key Responsibilities

Provide direct technical assistance with a customer-first approach
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via various support channels
Manage support cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-ups

Required Qualifications

University degree or College diploma with relevant technical support experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC Systems, Niagara Platform, or related fields
Knowledge of control systems communication protocols is preferred
Experience with process control and instrumentation is advantageous
Training experience or qualifications are a plus
