Job Description:

Summit Human Capital is seeking a highly motivated 100% Remote Lead Business Analyst to support one of our Renewable Energy clients. This candidate will serve as a liaison between the IT and Sales teams, as both sides are working together on a mission to positively impact the client's customer base across the nation.

The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
Requirements:

• 
  
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience within the software or application development space gathering requirements, testing, implementing and supporting products
  
• Extensive experience working in an Agile environment
  
• Prior experience working with both Sales and IT teams
  
• Advanced skills with Jira, SQL, and/or Confluence
  
• Exceptional analytical and documentation skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems in similar
    
  • Previous experience working for a start-up
    
    Responsibilities:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Communicate business needs between IT and Sales teams and prioritize objectives to meet the needs of the company
      
    • Serve as the business process SME for IT team through leading IT meetings with the business to establish and discuss product priorities and updates
      
    • Gather and document business requirements through IT project lifecycle
      
    • Identify potential risks during scoping and product development lifecycle to escalate issues when needed
      
    • Participate in testing process of products to ensure business goals are met with minimal risks
      
    • Collaborate with Product Owners on multiple software product teams to prioritize and deliver on business requirements
      
    • Demo and lead user training of the product features and discuss timelines with business stakeholders
