Job Description:

Client is seeking a highly motivated individual with warehouse and related supply chain experience in the biotechnology/pharmaceutical industry to support our goal in commercializing innovative T cell therapy for cancer treatment. As the Supply Chain Specialist, you will provide operational support including transactional execution of the 3PL warehouse operations. This position will not and doesnt require operations of powered industrial vehicles nor the ability to perform any physical warehouse functions (i.e. lifting, kneeling, or squatting). Additionally, you work within the Supply Chain organization to support key tasks necessary to support commercial and clinical operations.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Providing administrative assistance to the Supply Chain which includes ensuring receiving, transferring, and shipping of Raw Materials.
Works with Kites planning group for receiving discrepancies.
Identifies documentation discrepancies (i.e. between the Raw Material vendor and Client)
Investigates material quantity discrepancies at time of receipt.
Review others staff good receiving documentation for accuracy.
Coordinates and executes material movements between Clients 3PL providers and manufacturing sites.
Perform ERP transactions to receive and transfer materials.
Completes and files good receipt documentation as per Standard Operating Procedure.
Ensure individual employee training is up to date.

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in related field and a High School diploma.
Able to follow all assigned Standard Operating Procedures.
Able to apply knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) daily.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
Demonstrates good organizational skills and a professional attitude.
Solid communication skills (both written and verbal)
Solid typing and basic computer skills
