ACT-1 Legal Solutions is Immediately seeking top a top notch labor and employment attorney for one of its most value clients. In fact, our client is immediately seeking someone to fill this seat.

Ideal candidate will have at least 5 or more years experience with a minimum of $300K in portable business. Demonstrated top-notch legal research, analysis and writing abilities, including fluent working knowledge and understanding of California and federal court procedural and evidence rules; Extensive experience working on defense of wage and hour class actions or collective actions (such as discovery, witness interviews and class certification) with partner and/or senior attorney oversight at both trial court and appellate court level;

Extensive experience taking and defending depositions;

Experience making oral arguments at state and federal trial court hearings;

Administrative hearing experience (such as before the California Labor Commissioner); Management side traditional labor law experience (including NLRB proceedings) preferred but not required; Trial experience is a must. Previous experience in a supervisory or managing role is a must.
