Director. The ideal Associate Director would have a minimum of five
years? experience as a Planning Manager, know how to develop a
strategic mix of media and properly implement the plan to change
the marketplace conditions and opportunities. It is essential for
the Associate Director to have the ability to work with different
department heads and oversee the team. It is necessary to have a
Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Advertising, Marketing, Business
Administration or Communication + proficiency in Microsoft Office.
