Job Description:

As TigerConnect continues to scale, we are looking for an HRIS (Workday) Analyst to join our People Operations team to support configurations, day-to-day operations, and optimization of Workday in the fulfillment of our business goals. The HRIS Analyst will act as a technical administrator and internal expert for TigerConnect's new HRIS, Workday. This role will provide full Workday support, including Business Process configuration, implementation of new SKUs, tenant configuration, data loads, report writing, integration design & management, security administration and upgrade planning/testing.
The HRIS Analyst will report to the Director, People Operations and will work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to help refine our People data and processes for efficiency and ease of use. This individual must be eager to solve problems and have a strong interest in optimizing end-to-end business processes through complex systems configuration and implementation. Additionally, you will bring a knowledge base in Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, and Integrations to help drive processes that maximize the platform's utility for TigerConnect.
What You'll Own


  • Administer and maintain TigerConnect's human resource information systems (HRIS), Workday, with a strong focus on configurations and administration of the core human capital management system
  • Perform HRIS administrative functions including implementation of new modules, security maintenance, business process configuration, tenant configuration, data loads, user management, integrations, feature testing and upgrades
  • Develop Workday user guides and system documentation, and assist in Workday training as needed
  • Manage projects and collaborate with People Operations, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and People Programs on events in Workday such as benefits open enrollment, performance & calibration, and compensation review cycles; proactively provide guidance on Workday best practices with an eye on building scalable business processes across all modules
  • Perform business process configuration for modified or new business processes within Workday, including security and security controls to ensure appropriate access to functionality for users and monitor appropriate data security
  • Create, maintain, and support a variety of reports for ongoing team needs using appropriate reporting tools to compile information from the HRIS system as needed
  • Data maintenance of HRIS data as system administrator to ensure consistency and audit work for data integrity. Some data entry required
  • Provide day-to-day Workday support in configurations, security, reports, dashboards, and troubleshooting. Advise users on how to best use system functionality to automate workflow and troubleshoot user issues
  • Partner with IT & other system owners to build new and maintain existing integrations; maintain integration related requirements and documentation
  • Assist in maintaining project plans, folders, milestones, and resource requirements and communications related to future HRIS projects

    What You've Accomplished

    • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or human resources preferred
    • Workday certified (current or past) in HCM preferred
    • 3+ years relevant professional experience in HRIS or related function
    • 1+ years of combined experience with Workday HCM, Advanced Compensation, Recruiting, Integrations, and advanced reporting preferred
    • Established understanding of HRIS technology and their applications within a fast-paced SaaS company, including design, structure, functions, processes, and analytics
    • Demonstrated project management experience and prior experience in software implementation efforts, Workday preferred
    • Demonstrated experience creating, maintaining, and implementing Workday business processes, configurations (including permissions), custom fields, and custom objects
    • Detail oriented, organized, and able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency and confidentiality
