Summary of Position

Lionsgate is currently seeking an Associate Manager in the Global Digital Sales & Distribution department. This position will lead be part of a 2-person partner management team (within a larger 7-person sales team) responsible for maximizing revenue across the U.S. and Latin American Transactional VOD ecosystem and will report into the VP of Global Digital Sales & Distribution.


  • Lead the strategic partner management relationships with a portfolio of Transactional Digital platforms in the U.S. - including Amazon, Apple TV, VUDU, Comcast, DirecTV, Google, YouTube and Microsoft - and in Latin America - including Amazon, Apple TV, Google, YouTube, Microsoft, Claro, Cinepolis and Sky Brazil
  • Maximize revenue across the entire library (New Release and Catalog) via title sell-in, price-discounted promotions, content licensing agreement compliance and constant re-aligning of priorities with partners and by using data-driven insights to all strategic decision-making
  • Play an integral role in New Release launch day and ad hoc Catalog platform QCs by ensuring that all Lionsgate titles are live on platform, merchandised in high-velocity placements and displayed with the correct pricing and marketing assets (e.g. key art, synopsis)
  • Take part in Content Licensing Agreement negotiations with the goal of improving commercial deal terms and/or compliance
  • Monitor monthly partner remittance statements to ensure that all royalty payments paid to Lionsgate are valid based on content licensing agreements
  • Collaborate with the Global Marketing Strategy to execute 360 title lifecycle campaigns that amplify our content across multiple distribution windows
  • Run bi-annual and annual Partner Business Reviews and the annual Partner Slate Event
  • Coordinate with the larger Global Digital Sales & Distribution teams internally to ensure that all Partner promotional efforts are consistent with best practices and can be re-purposed in other territories
  • Assist in content valuation and Greenlight efforts
  • Generate post-mortem recaps, analyzing success of new release campaigns, catalog promotions and monthly stunts
  • Communicate internal sales updates to entire Global Sales & Distribution division via weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Execute ad hoc directives from team, department and divisional leads

    Qualifications and Skills

    • 3+ years of experience in the EST/TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, Home Entertainment or Retail Marketing space
    • Studio-level experience preferred
    • Familiarity with all Film Distribution types, including EST, TVOD, SVOD, AVOD, Theatrical and Non-Theatrical
    • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to go above-and-beyond without being asked, eliciting critical thinking with recommendations for process and strategy improvements
    • Passionate, energetic individual who has demonstrated knowledge of keeping up with fast-paced digital sales and retail environment
    • An innately curious critical thinker, who is analytical, proactive and solution-oriented problem solver with an eye towards process improvement
    • Widespread knowledge of the film and TV industry and an enthusiast for film and TV content (both current and historical)
    • A confident and professional written and phone demeanor is a must
    • Must have elite proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). SAP and Presentation Software a plus.
    • Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in business, media or communications
