We are a well established GC in West LA building thousands of multifamily units throughout the LA and OC areas and we are currently looking for an All-Star Estimator to join our team. Apply now!

What You Will Be Doing

• Ability to read blue prints
• Extreme attention to detail
• Able to write and read scope of work
• Ability to anticipate trades that are left off a scope, based on experience in the industry
• Able to work under tight schedules and extreme pressure
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• A proven track record of successful awarded jobs
  What You Need for this Position
  
  At Least 3 Years Of Experience And Knowledge Of
  
  • Must have at least 3+ years in Estimating for Multi-family/Apartment or Similar builds
  • Must have experience in Take-offs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
