The PositionBeach Point is seeking an Information Security Analyst to be in the Santa Monica office.
Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the security program goals and objectives
• Support vendor due-diligence process and help define the overall third-party risk management efforts
• Support IAM processes for provisioning, de-provisioning, access certifications, etc.
• Perform log reviews
• Work with various business units to ensure controls are adequate, appropriate, and effective
• Support internal and external audit/regulatory processes for relevant compliance requirements
• Participate in disaster recovery/business continuity planning, Pen Testing, Vulnerability Assessments, etc.
• Perform internal and vendor risk assessments to validate effectiveness of security controls and -recommend appropriate actions to mitigate risks
• Maintain a risk register for identification, evaluation, and monitoring of risk findings to be reported to the Executive Committee
• Stay up to date and informed on developing regulatory concerns and changing IT/Information Security trends
• Collaborate to define IT security policies, standards, and procedures
  Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2+ years professional work experience
  • At least 2+ years of combined information technology and information security experience
  • Familiarity with common frameworks; CIS, SOC 2, PCI, NIST, CCPA, etc.
  • Familiarity with business impact analysis, business continuity and disaster recovery plans and testing
  • Fundamental knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to stay current on technology trends and quickly learn new technologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize appropriately, cope well with change and maintain composure under high pressure situations
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with staff and management of any level
    Education, Experience and Certification
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security or related experience
    • 2+ years' experience in Information Security, IT Risk Management or IT Compliance
    • CISSP, CISA, CISM, Security+, other ISACA/ISC2/CompTIA certification or progress towards a plus
