We operate in 4 States, CA, NY, TX and WAWe are hiring a Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, both to improve our overall analytics capacity and to facilitate creation of metrics specific to each MILE, as necessary.Responsibilities

• Develop, document, test, and support analysis components of our BI infrastructure — dashboards, typical BI workflows, and custom analysis jobs. This includes both cultivating a deep understanding of our tools and systems, as well as helping meet needs on-demand as our live events evolve. Your best self will help us make good decisions on how to evolve our platform to meet future needs.
• Help provide insight and intelligence for development teams and executives to improve our products, better understand our audience, and, of course, optimize monetization.
• Engage with a manifold of stakeholders across the organization and help make intelligent decisions about the development workflow. Data-driven decision-making across the whole product lifecycle.Education & Experience
  • 5+ years experience and extensive knowledge of SQL required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Applied Mathematics, Computer Science or Operational Research
  • Proficiency with the standard data science toolkit — both statistical analysis tools such as SciPy/NumPy/Pandas, R, Matlab and data visualization tools (eg. Looker, Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Strong background or experience in a quantitative field
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with your team in a fast-moving multi-stakeholder environment, especially presenting technical findings to audiences with varying backgrounds.
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and expand your skills to fit a novel and evolving product environment.Assets

    • Experience with data analysis for online software, mobile apps, and/or game products.
