Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Application Support Specialist to
join their team, focusing on parcel rating systems.
Responsibilities:
Analyze carrier rating and data, and perform custom analysis and
quality assurance
Automate and optimize system processes, including rating routines
and data flow
Manage technical setup for client implementations and ensure system
health through monitoring
Qualifications:
U.S. citizen or permanent resident
Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 3 years of
relevant work experience
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with SQL, SSMS, and
Microsoft SQL Server
Experience with ETL, data import/export, and data analysis
Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Application Performance
Monitoring (APM) tools
