Volt is immediately hiring for an Account Executive in Chatsworth, Ca!

As an Account Executive you will:

Execute tasks as directed by the Sales Executive Director.
Establish and nurture new business relationships.
Oversee and maintain long-term relationships with designated clients.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Engage with clients to discuss upcoming product developments and market trends.
Develop and present marketing campaigns to both new and existing clients.
Provide pricing estimates for completed projects.
Implement sales strategies to meet marketing and sales objectives.
Maintain and track sales performance and goals.
Act as Project Manager across key departments to ensure customer satisfaction, optimize revenue, and ensure timely project completion.
Collaborate with the R&D Team to create and market new products.
Participate in relevant tradeshows, conferences, and conventions as needed.

This is a Full-Time 1st Exempt Role

Salary Ranges $68,650-75K annually

The Qualified Candidate will have:

Excellent sales and customer service capabilities
Strong ability to present ideas, negotiate, and solve problems
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Awareness of current marketing trends
Proficiency in numerical analysis, budgeting, and time management
Collaborative team player
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
College degree preferred; minimum requirement is a High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in contract manufacturing is preferred
