Job Description:

We're seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager with great AP/AR expertise to lead a high-volume, multi-entity accounting operation. You'll play a key role in process optimization, cash flow management, and team leadership - all while helping scale the finance function as the company grows.

What You'll Do:

• 
  
• 
  Lead and refine full-cycle AP and AR operations
  
  
• 
  Manage and mentor a team across multiple business units
  
  
• 
  Improve processes, internal controls, and automation
  
  
• 
  Drive reporting, cash forecasting, and month-end close
  
  
• 
  Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement & Ops
  
  
  
  What We're Looking For:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 
    8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred)
    
    
  • 
    Leadership experience in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
    
    
  • 
    ERP systems expertise (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
    
    
  • 
    Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
    
    
  • 
    Mandarin language skills (preferred)
    
    
  • 
    Experience in retail or supply chain industries is a plus
    
    
  • 
    Deep understanding of GAAP, internal controls, cash management, and operational accounting best practices
