Job Description:

A company is looking for a Veterans Claims Advocate to assist veterans with their disability compensation claims.
Key Responsibilities

Interview veterans to assess their eligibility for benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs
File VA disability claims and manage related correspondence
Coach veterans through the VA claims adjudication process and develop supporting evidence for their claims

Required Qualifications

Prior military service or experience related to VA disability compensation is preferred
Strong writing skills
Motivation and persistence to advocate for veterans
Comprehensive training will be provided
Remote candidates will be considered
