• - (AHA) BLS, ARRT
• - LA Fire card must get within 30 days (can sub without)

  • Float to less or like specialties where needed and qualified
  • EPIC experience (no training provided)

      • Schedule Information
      • - 8 - 10 hour shifts
        • Unit Specific Information
        • - Unit details: Ped and adult, Outpatient, inpatient, ER, Trauma L1-3, Adult ICU, PACS, Contrast, Biopsies
        • Scanners: Philips Big Bore 16 and Brilliance 64
        • General CT imaging supporting outpatients and outpatients in a certified comprehensive stroke center hospital with 234 beds. Preferred experience with MAKO protocols, CTA Coronary, and general interventional procedures.
          • Additional Details
          • Charting system: Epic
          • 3-month separation
          • Candidate is responsible for completing up to 10 hours of Providence and specialty specific modules, independently before candidate will be cleared to work
          • Parking: As of 8/1, there will be a daily parking fee of $2.75
