Job Description:

As an Island Server, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the cold and hot food bars, replenishing food items as needed, and providing friendly and attentive service to guests. You will work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and maintain the cold and hot food bars, ensuring all items are well-presented and replenished.
• Greet guests warmly and assist them in selecting food items from the food bars.
• Provide information about menu items and answer guest inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
• Monitor food temperatures and freshness, discarding any items that do not meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the food bars and surrounding areas, following health and safety guidelines.
• Assist in restocking supplies and ingredients as needed.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold FARMSHOP's standards of hospitality and professionalism at all times.

  • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role preferred.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
