Job Overview
Paint, maintain, and repair all corridors, rooms, and public areas
in accordance with all maintenance procedures/ standards and safety
& security rules and regulations to ensure guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Paint, maintain, and repair all painted, stained, and varnished
surfaces throughout the hotel
-Prepare and paint surfaces using techniques and tools, including
measuring surfaces, applying spackle and plaster, mixing pain,
using brushes, and rollers
-Install and repair covered wall and ceiling surfaces including
wallpaper and fabric wall coverings
-Maintain and repair grouted, wood, and masonry surfaces requiring
staining, varnishing, and lacquering
-Notify management of any repairs needed (lighting, public areas,
parking lot, etc.)
-Attend safety meetings & other related meetings.
-Respond to guest requests and questions and report guest issues
and complaints in a hospitable manner to ensure guest
satisfaction.
