is a mid-level professional that is looking to grow into a more
senior level Project Manager position. Someone who enjoys
fast-paced projects - mostly tenant improvements - with a client

scheduled on-the-jobsite visits.Develop a thorough understanding of
projects; design philosophy and provides major input in developing
a design and building performance strategy and effectively conveys
this to assigned team members when appropriate.Provide technical
design input. Responsible for a project's technical design effort,
subsequent detailed design development, project coordination and
quality control efforts during all phases of project work, in close
collaboration with Project Manager and Project Architect.Seek
creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops
appropriate research and documents to support these solutions.
Demonstrate strong project team leadership skills with an interest
in project management.Interact and communicates effectively and
professionally with other team members, including delegating and
managing tasks with supporting staff as required.Actively
collaborate with and coordinates work of consultants and knowledge
resources to ensure the project deliverables are coordinated,
integrated and support the design concept and performance goals of
the project.Contribute to the preparation of design documents and
leads the detailed development of construction documents during all
project phases, delivering complete, accurate and coordinated
project documentation.Advance the production of schematic, design
development and construction document drawings and specifications
in compliance with project scope, schedule, cost and design
intent.Maintain awareness of evolving building technology and
systems.Review shop drawings, material samples and CD's for
conformance with design.Perform construction administration duties
(i.e. RFI's, RFP's, change orders, etc.)Prepare reports and
specifications; reviews completed reports, plans cost estimates and
calculations.Execute applicable agency review analysis
(accessibility, zoning, life-safety, etc.)Maintain contact with
clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases,
participating in marketing, client and owner presentations as
required.Bachelor's degree in architecture; Master's degree
preferred7+ years of experience on small- to large-scale tenant
improvement projectsLEED accreditation preferredProficiency in
Revit requiredDemonstrated interest in achieving architectural
licensureExperience with AutoCAD, Sketchup, Enscape, Adobe Creative
Suite, and other graphic tools desiredStrong 2D and 3D graphic
skills desiredCommercial workplace, lab, and building repositioning
experience highly desirableHGA is both team-oriented and

The pay range listed aligns to the geography of the office for
which this position is posted. Actual compensation will be based
upon work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or
skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Individuals
in this role working more than 24 hours a week on a regular basis
are eligible to participate in HGA's robust benefit programs which
include an annual bonus and success sharing bonus program, 401(k)
guaranteed contribution, paid parental leave, medical, dental and
life insurance plans as well as PTO and short- and long-term
disability programs. Salary Range: $84,000 -
$117,600.#LI-Hybrid
