We have many leaders at ABM who started their career in this role so if you want to grow, we can show you how. The Cleaner provides the cleaning and upkeep of an assigned area.

Responsibilities:

--- Clean the assigned area which could be a building, hospital, warehouse, schools, universities, and other facilities.

--- Duties may include cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors.

--- Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets, cleaning windows, restrooms and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties.

--- Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Position Summary Details

The Floater Cleaner position provides essential cleaning services to various locations in Los Angeles County.

Pay: $19.05 - $20.05 an hour

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant's experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

Shift: Monday - Friday (DAY SHIFT) 8:00am - 4:30 pm or (NIGHT SHIFT) 5:00pm - 1:30am, your choice!

Qualifications

**Must be 18 years of age or older

**Some experience preferred but not required

**Must be able to provide 2 valid forms of ID

**Must be able to travel to various locations within a specific mile radius. Site Location will vary on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis

**Must be able to work independently and meet deadlines
