• a top healthcare company in the LA area is looking for a registration representative to join their team and support the ER department. Responsibilities:
  • Greeting patients for the ER department of the main hospital.
  • Verifying insurance and eligibility for each patient.
  • Collecting co-pays to make sure every patient is receiving the correct information regarding the service they are receiving.
  • Ensuring a timely check in and check out of each patient
  • Entering in patient demographics through the software system used throughout the hospital.Skills:
    • Preferrably looking for someone that has used EPIC before or EMR systems.
    • Previous experience working as a medical receptionist is required.
