Patient Care Representative

Job Description:

Description A large and growing healthcare organization is in need of a Patient Care Representative for one of their busy clinics in Santa Monica. This is a high volume primary care office that is in need of a Patient Care Representative for the Front Desk. Day to day duties would be:

-Checking patients in and out

-Answer a high volume of phone calls

-Triage messages

-Collect co-pays

-Verify Insurance

Requirements:

-Must have at least 2+ years of experience working at a busy doctor's office

-Excellent customer service, patient facing experience

-EPIC experience is a strong plus

-Primary care experience a strong plus

Hours are:

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Fridays 7:30am - 4pm Requirements Basic Medical Terminology, Epic EMR
