and motivated QA Lead with excellent communication skills to join
our growing Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be
responsible for leading a team of testers and ensuring the quality
of our mobile applications through manual testing.HOW YOU WILL MAKE
AN IMPACTWrite and execute test plans and test cases for mobile
applications, including functional, regression, and user acceptance
testingDeveloping and maintaining test plans for mobile
applicationsIdentify and document defects found during testingWork
closely with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issuesTrain and
mentor junior members of the testing teamCollaborate with other
leads and stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts and improve
the overall testing processCreate and maintain documentation, such
as testing reports and proceduresParticipate in test case reviews
and other quality assurance activitiesParticipating in release
sign-offs and ensuring all mobile applications meet quality
standards before releaseCoordinating with development and
operations teams for successful deployment of mobile
applicationsConducting smoke testing on newly deployed mobile
applications to ensure they are functioning as expectedIdentifying
and reporting any issues found during smoke testing and working
with development teams to resolve themWHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEEDAt
least 7 years of experience in testing, including experience with
mobile testing and relevant tools and technologiesProven experience
in leading and managing mobile testing effortsStrong knowledge of
mobile technologies and testing methodologiesExperience with
various types of testing, including functional, regression, and
user acceptance testingProficiency in testing tools such as Jira,
TestRail, Xray, Postman, and Charles ProxyExperience with simulator
testing and testing on physical devices for both iOS and
AndroidExcellent problem-solving and communication skills,
including the ability to effectively communicate technical
information to both technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to
lead and mentor a team of testersExperience in writing and
executing test plans and test casesKnowledge of software
development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile development methodologies,
such as ScrumExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong
analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience with mobile
automation testing tools is a plusExperience with mobile security
testing is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience*This role
