As a Customer Excursions Rep you'll: Communicate through emails and
phones using internal ticket system; Impress clients with your
promptness, professionalism, and friendly interactions; Interact
with tour operators from all over the world on a daily basis (in
English); Create custom group proposals in accordance with Group
Leader specifications; Handle conversations ranging from basic
questions about tours and destinations, to troubleshooting client
