becoming the premiere studio in the burgeoning arena of Virtual
Reality. Following the success of our first VR titleArchangel, we
elevated our ambition and tackled The Walking Dead universe in VR.
The result was the 2018 genre-defining hitThe Walking Dead: Saints
& Sinners.With the success of the award winning multi-platform hit
The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners, our studio is rapidly expanding
on multiple projects. We are seeking an Automation Engineer to help
build our next-generation back-end development infrastructure.
#InteractiveResponsibilities
- Develop, modify, debug and deploy software for build
automation, pipeline tools, automated testing, and more, in C++/C#
under the Unreal Engine framework
- Develop in-engine components for build stability verification,
performance testing and telemetry
- Manage back-end automation framework, integration with Jenkins
CI system
- Manage crash reporting infrastructure and analysis for internal
and live game
- Document software and features for internal and external
engineering teams
- Contribute innovative and original ideas on all aspects of game
production and developmentRequirements
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or
related field
- 3+ years programming experience
- Proficiency in C++ and C#
- Experience with large scale game engine architecture and
automation frameworks (Unreal Engine a huge plus)
- Familiarity with popular CI solutions (Jenkins, Hudson, Bamboo,
etc...)
- Effective collaborator with engineers as well as team members
from other disciplines
- Commitment to personal and peer development and sharing best
practices
- Authorization to work in the United StatesPluses
- Experience with Unreal Engine development
- Experience leveraging cloud hosting platforms (AWS, OCI,
Azure)
- Familiarity with PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Oculus
and/or PC TRCs, tools and release processes
- Experience with Powershell
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with PythonThe salary range for this position in Los
Angeles is $140,000 - $170,000. The salary offered may vary based
on the candidate's location, qualifications, experience and
relevant expertise, among other factors. The range indicated is for
base salary only and does not reflect the total compensation
package, including bonus, benefits, etc. We realize that skills and
