We have worked with companies & their shareholders at companies like Uber, Lyft, AirBnB, Affirm, Unity, Flexport, Carta, Patreon, and many more. Responsibilities will include: Responsibilities

• Support underwriting team in origination activities as it relates to preparing underwriting materials for investment committee.
• Involved in execution activities, including basic responsibilities such as data gathering, analysis and material preparation, as well as taking responsibility for managing standard processes such as managing portfolio valuations
• Builds and applies valuation models based on financial research & analysis including comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis and comparable acquisitions analysis
• Prepares analytical materials to support necessary credit, compliance, engagement committee and balance sheet approvals
• Conducts corporate operations reviews, portfolio analytic reviews and prepare risk/returns for our fund.
  Qualifications
  • Undergraduate degree & MBA degree
  • 3+ years of experience as an underwriter or analyst
  • Experience at a venture capital, private equity, hedge fund firm, or investment bank is a plus
  • Results driven and able to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills that put you at ease with financial data
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite (Excel a must) and financial reporting skills
  • A proactive, thoughtful learner who s confident in handling new projects and responsibilities and takes an ownership mentality in their work.
  • Must maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
