Job Description:

Adecco is hiring immediately for Showroom Coordinators with the largest U.S. distributor of plumbing supplies, PVF, waterworks, and fire fabrication products, located in Santa Monica, CA. As a Showroom Coordinator, you will perform essential operations with pay starting at $19.00/hour, plus available overtime. Responsibilities:

• Enthusiastically greet all customers entering the showroom
• Answer incoming showroom calls
• Effectively communicate appointment policy
• Prepare literature packages
• Manage customer sign-ins, central appointment book, and customer job folders
• Maintain bid follow-up system
• Address "Thank You" cards for whole-house selections
• Coordinate team, vendor, & customer events
• Track showroom daily foot traffic
• Assist with showroom reports
• Manage calendar schedules for the showroom
• Inventory/warehousing
• Manage with Showroom Price Labels
• Assist with returns and orders
• Responsible for organizing birthday celebrations
• Weekly White Board Updates
• Assist with new hire training schedules & documents Requirements:
• Must be 18+ years old
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience in sales, data entry, administration, and customer service
• Excel & Microsoft Proficient
• Must be strong with computers overall
• Great work environment, the coordinator is one of the most important positions - head of the ship
