About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on, action-oriented Senior Mixed-Methods UX Researcher to solve some of the most complex user problems in the healthcare space. This role will be responsible for defining,leading, and executing user research studies, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and delivering insights that shape how we build the next generation of GoodRx products. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced researcher to join a growing Insights team as well as impact the health of everyday Americans while developing their career in our growing, purpose-driven company.What You'll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data partners to identify research opportunities based on need and impact
  • Translate product and design goals into research questions and plans
  • Plan, gather, and analyze insights about our users through new studies and reviews of existing data
  • Determine and apply proper research methods to the type of questions being answered
  • Advocate for the user, be able to clearly explain research findings, and make thoughtful recommendations to the organization that align with both user and business goals
  • Manage expectations of your stakeholders around execution and delivery of results in a fast paced environment
  • Summarize findings, preparing presentation reports and present findings to stakeholdersWhat we look for:
    • Passionate about understanding and solving user problems
    • Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods
    • Expertise and comfort in wearing multiple hats on research projects
    • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment
    • Highly collaborative, and likes to bring everyone along in your research process
    • Great synthesizer of complex user feedback and data, and can translate these into succinct and actionable insights
    • A strong communicator, able to clearly and efficiently articulate your findings with the team to inform product decisions
    • Experience using user research tools such as Qualtrics, UserZoom, dScout, Forsta, YouGov, etc.
    • Desire to partner with other research-related modalities (e.g. Behavioral Science, Market Research) to tell a larger insights story
    • Desire to mentor junior researchersMinimum qualifications:
      • BA/BS degree in Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
      • Experience creating user research plans and leading overall research strategy in the web and/or mobile space
      • Experience in executing field research, 1 on 1 interviews, usability testing and other standard methodologies
      • 5+ years experience conducting research with deliverables to all levels of the businessPreferred qualifications:
        • 5+ years of relevant work experience, including experience leading and integrating user research into product designs and design practices
        • Internet, healthcare experience
        • Experience working with mobile apps and platforms
