The Role--- and--- Responsibilities------
Roku pioneered streaming to the TV. We connect users to the
streaming content they love, enable content publishers to build and
monetize large audiences, and provide advertisers with unique
capabilities to engage consumers. Roku streaming players and Roku
TV--- models are available around the world through direct retail
sales and licensing arrangements with TV brands and pay---TV
operators.------
Roku is looking for---an---Engagement---Insights Lead---to join the
Programming and Engagement team.---You will play an integral
role---in---the success of---the Roku platform by---understanding
the evolving needs---of---streamers worldwide. Supporting the Roku
platform, specifically the Partner Growth and Engagement teams, you
will conduct research to uncover patterns and drivers in newly
emerging streaming behavior.
What you'll do---
Use---survey and behavioral data to understand---streaming
behavior, streamer---needs and---preferences---
Design and---lead---innovative quantitative research to support and
guide business strategy---
Work cross-functionally (partner---growth, data science, engagement
marketing)---
Conduct both generative and---evaluative research---to understand
who the streamer is---
Innovate on ways to leverage our incredible behavioral data for
insights---
Author original thought leadership helping the industry understand
the new norm in video consumption---
Disseminate insights effectively---and innovatively---to various
teams and levels across the organization.---
(Please note this role focusses on streaming behaviors and not
device purchasing)---
Preferred Experience/Qualifications---
6+ years' experience in research/analytics---
Direct experience with CTV streaming Preferred
Track record of owning quantitative---research studies---(survey
writing, weighting, data cleaning, sig testing,
regression).------
Experience generating, sharing and championing insights to various
levels of the organization---
Experience with SQL a plus---
