We'll see you back at the office when things change: -This role -has the opportunity to -be based in Los Angeles -once -we're back in the office or to remain potential fully remote/hybrid for -candidates. -What You'll Be Helping Achieve ----We're looking to build out our programmatic team with an individual who gets excited in developing and executing campaigns with real time buying platforms. The ideal candidate will work in -ad exchanges, aggregators, ad servers, and other optimization platforms. They will also be -curious, -collaborative and have the desire to work very closely with the greater media and analytics teams. -What You'll Be Working On - -Regularly provide regular ROI while driving insights and recommendationsProvide best practices for trading within DSPs including training collateral, and offer insights on how to improve campaign effectiveness through the platform's functionalityCombine data analysis and client feedback to create optimization strategies and provide solutions for complex campaigns to meet client objectivesOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a get-it-done environmentMentor other teammates leveraging this expertiseHow You'll Excel -In -Your Role -Bachelor's Degree1+ years experience in an Agency (or similar) setting -within Digital media and Programmatic requiredKnowledge of RTB buying strategies, optimization algorithms, data visualization with multiple DSPs (DV360 and Verizon preferred), PrismaUnderstanding of the nuances of display, native and video buyingAbility to build strong relationships with internal and external partnersHave effective time management skills - ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesBe a self-starter - able to tackle new clients or territories with little guidanceBe a quick learner - able to rapidly grasp new technology and product changesAs an Equal Opportunity Employer, at RPA we hire without consideration to race, religion, creed, color, national origin, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, veteran status, disability or any other classification protected by Federal, state, or local law.
