Are you a Customer Service Rep with experience using Zendesk and working with a company that has experienced high growth in a tech startup atmosphere? Then go ahead and apply today.We are working with a client in the Santa Monica area that is looking for a Partner Support Specialist to help assist with there ticketing and escalation department. As a partner support specialist your main functions will include responding to customer inquires, trouble shooting and deescalating ticketing orders, as well helping to identify improvements in processes. This positon is fully remote but looking for someone local to the Los Angeles area. Zendesk and Salesforce expereince is a must.Responsibilities:

  • Provide enterprise-level App/Vehicle Support, covering ticketing and chat
  • Critically analyze and respond to customer inquiries while proactively ensuring the stability major functions and systems in seamless collaboration with team and cross-functional leads
  • Manage support cases to ensure issues are recorded, tracked, resolved, and follow ups are done in a timely manner
  • Identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues pertaining to customer education and product functionality
  • Work with team and cross-functional leads to identify improvements, suggest features, and eliminate bugs
  • Improve our team operations by identifying opportunities and developing content for our help-center and knowledge base
  • Maintain in depth and continuing understanding of technology, products, and servicesRequirements:
    • 2+ years of experience working in a high-growth, tech-focused startup environment
    • 2+ years of experience in support, engineering, or other technical role
    • Experience with Zendesk and Salesforce is a must
    • Passionate about providing a high level of customer service
    • Demonstrates genuine empathy for our customers and collaborates effectively across teams
    • Aptitude for software and hardware troubleshooting
    • Ability to troubleshoot problems, find answers to customer issues, and articulate complex solutions in written communication
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to a changing product
