Opening: Recruiting Coordinator
Location: Remote for now - Return to office site may be
Culver City or Santa Monica
Duration: 3 months on contract - possibility for
Start Date: Must be able to start May 03, 2021
Recruiting Engine team (Pathfinder)-This this is a centralized
team that hires specifically for SDE candidates. These RCs will be
helping in supporting for Scheduling interviews.
SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED
Schedule interviews and phone screens working directly with
candidates and hiring managers.
Arrange travel for visiting candidates.
Update candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems
and confirm new hires.
Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting
status via phone and email.
Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on
Coordinate post-interview debrief meetings and provide debrief
Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and
Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1+ years of recruiting coordinator or HR experience.
Experience with MS Outlook, Word and Excel, intermediate to
Mail merge experience is a must!
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and
drive them to closure with minimal supervision.
Flexible, able to change direction quickly.
Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with
Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system.
Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and
with external candidates.
Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues
recruiting, scheduling coordinating, customer service, mail
merge, coordinator, recruiting coordinator, administrative,
scheduling coordinator, scheduling interviews
