Skydance Interactive, developers of the hit game The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners , is looking for a talented, organized, and motivated Senior Gameplay Designer. As the Senior Gameplay Designer, you will be responsible for driving the direction of gameplay design, and work with the Lead Designer and the Design team to help push that vision forward in establishing and building mechanics that fully demonstrate that gameplay in-game. Responsibilities

• Work with Lead and team to brainstorm and develop gameplay ideas
• Help drive the vision and implementation of various features and game systems
• Owning specific features, systems, and missions - overseeing implementation and upkeep from creation to completion
• Providing feedback and guidance to other designers - helping them stay on track and true to the overall vision of the game
• At times, provide direction to junior and mid level designers Requirements
  • Experience creating and scripting complicated level scenarios & combat encounters
  • Intimate familiarity with one or more game engines and development languages (visual scripting a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to focus, self-task and work without micro-management while adhering to schedules
  • Previous experience as a designer on a game title Pluses
    • In-depth understanding of Unreal Engine and Blueprint
    • Working knowledge of Maya, 3DS Max or similar 3D package
