Responsibilities CIT Real Estate Finance is currently seeking a
VP - Underwriting who will:
Underwrite commercial real estate loans including bridge,
construction and terms loans for multi-family, office, retail,
industrial, and hotel properties.
Draft term sheets and interact with brokers and other market
participants to assist in originating new business.
Complete credit approval memos and submission for approval.
Manage transaction closing process including review of property
due diligence and legal documentation.
Assist in portfolio management of loans post origination,
including modifications, quarterly and annual reviews.
Qualifications Must possess knowledge of financial modeling and
real estate valuation; should possess strong Argus and Excel
