Los Angeles office of our client seeks pre-litigation associate attorney with 1-4 years of experience practicing labor and employment law. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring cases are proactively pursued and resolved. Will be managing a docket of pre-litigation cases. Providing support substantively and administratively by a team of paralegals and report directly to an assigned Senior Associate. Collaborate with pre-litigation staff - including mid-level management - to the extent necessary to achieve a high standard of excellence servicing clients. Providing guidance to non-attorney team members as needed. Responsible for bringing positivity to the workplace and leading non-attorney colleagues by example. Responsible for raising any concerns about firm operations, processes, standards, or individual conduct to management either via immediate supervisor or directly to firm's designated human resources manager. Must be in good standing with the CA State Bar.

The candidate must be highly motivated, have excellent writing skills, and be able to work in a team environment. Should have exceptional problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing are needed. Must be comfortable working in a detail-oriented and dynamic workplace. Must be a Team player.
