Job Description Job Description The role of data analyst will
translate our unified data into actionable insights that drive
efficiency across Freight, Warehousing, and Customer Service. You
will build the Supply Chain Control Tower that gives Operations and
Customers real-time visibility into the movement of goods, enabling
data-driven decisions that improve EBITDA. The goal is to launch
the Supply Chain Control Tower and Customer Visibility Portal
within 9 months (Q2–Q4 2026) enabling a holistic view of the
business. You will build dashboards for the Operations teams, which
will provide a premium product for our customers – visualizing
everything from Landed Cost and Transit Times to Warehouse Labor
Efficiency. You will prove the value of our AI initiatives by
tracking the tangible time and money saved per shipment. Key
Responsibilities Dashboard Design & Business Intelligence Build the
"Control Tower": Develop real-time Power BI dashboards that
visualize the full order journey: Inbound Freight status ->
Warehouse Receiving speed -> Outbound Order accuracy. Customer
Visibility: Prototype and build the "Client Portal" views that give
our customers self-service access to their inventory levels,
shipment locations, and spend analytics. Operational Scorecards:
Create unified scorecards for Carriers (Transit adherence) and
Warehouse Teams (Dock-to-Stock time), identifying bottlenecks in
the handoff between them. Strategic Analysis & AI ROI End-to-End
Efficiency: Analyze the "lag time" between operational steps (e.g.,
"Time from Vessel Arrival to Warehouse Availability") to identify
where AI Agents can speed up the flow. Margin Analysis: Combine
Freight rates and Warehouse labor costs to calculate the true Net
Margin per Customer, helping leadership optimize pricing. AI
Performance: Track the success of AI Agents (e.g., "Percentage of
autonomous email replies") to validate the ROI of our technological
investments. Required Skills & Experience 3 years in Data
Analytics: Expert-level SQL and Power BI/Tableau skills. Data
Transformation: Familiarity with dbt (reading models) to
collaborate with engineers on business logic. Data Modeling:
Ability to design "Cross-Functional" data models (e.g., linking a
Container ID to a Warehouse Receipt). Supply Chain Fluency: Clear
knowledge and understanding of both Freight (ETD/ETA, Demurrage)
and Warehousing (SKU, UPH, WMS). Product Mindset: The ability to
visualize and create internal dashboards and external customer
reports as "products" that need to be intuitive and valuable.
Storytelling with Data: The ability to clearly articulate the why
behind the data to operators in a manner that is understandable.
