ABOUT THE TEAM The Deployments team that you’ll be a part of is responsible for managing the coordination and execution of fielding Anduril’s products and hardware across product lines. Working across product, engineering, sales, and account management, Deployment Operations oversee coordinating all Logistics and Field Operations. ABOUT THE JOB We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Associate to join our rapidly growing team in Costa Mesa, CA. The role of the Operations and Logistics Associate is a critical part of ensuring our hardware gets into our customer’s hands and we can successfully deploy our team to support our customer’s missions. This specific role will support the Intel Systems Business Line. The Logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril’s strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging. This will require a breadth of understanding logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute on service delivery for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities. You will be charged with helping Anduril teams solve exceptional challenges, unblocking issues, and establishing procedures, all with the intention of making sure our customers missions are being met. WHAT YOU’LL DO End-to-end deployment planning and delivery of Anduril hardware and equipment for all deployments, maintenances, and demos. Collaborate with your supply chain operations partners, business leaders, and external stakeholders to ensure the shipment lifecycle is executed successfully. White glove service delivery of Anduril hardware to its destination. Own domestic shipping of Anduril hardware. Proactively identify, propose, and fix logistical processes. Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on how the customer’s needs are met to enable continuous improvement. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS preferred. 2 or more years of experience in a high energy, fast-paced startup, management consulting, logistics and/or military environment. Experience collaborating cross functionally working towards a common goal. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and planning. Highly polished communication skills. Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities. Currently possesses and is able to maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance US Salary Range $86,000 - $114,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
