and what we expect of you Lets do this. Lets change the world. In
this vital role you will: Duties: Plan, initiate, and manage
information technology (IT) projects; Plan project stages and
assess business implications for each stage; Manage project
execution progress to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, scope
and quality; Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables;
Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality
standards; Assess current or future business teams needs and
priorities by communicating directly with business teams,
conducting workshops, or other methods; Initiate, review, or
approve modifications to project plans; Schedule and facilitate
meetings related to information technology projects; Direct or
coordinate activities of project personnel; Develop implementation
plans that include analyses such as cost-benefit or return on
investment (ROI); Monitor, evaluate, and communicate product
progress at each stage of the development lifecycle, including key
decisions and issue developments; Collaborate with prospective
users and clients to understand and anticipate their needs, shape
the vision and concept, and translate needs into product
requirements; Own the product roadmap, working with internal and
external customers to analyze the needs and align the roadmap to
strategic goals; Develop scope and help define backlog items such
as epics, features, and user stories that guide the development
team; Tackle product-related problems, make decisions, and complete
trade-off analyses to stay on track toward business commitments;
Assess value, develop business analysis, and prioritize
opportunities to ensure the work focuses on those with maximum
value that are aligned with product strategy; and Define and
implement change management plans, including communications, staff
engagement, training, and sponsorship. May telecommute.
Requirements: Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer
Science, Computer Applications, or related field and 5 years of
experience in the job offered or in a technology-related
occupation. Position requires 5 years of experience in the
following: 1. Utilizing data analysis and visualization tools
including MS Excel, Tableau, Smartsheet, or Spotfire; 2
Collaborating with business stakeholders to design process
workflows using Microsoft Visio and Miro; 3. Working with Scrum
Agile Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) deliverymethodology,
tracking project milestones, and managing Scrum boards using JIRA;
4. Eliciting business requirements from stakeholders to enable
development of technical solutions using technologies such as AWS
and Databricks; 5. Examining business processes and problems,
creating technical solutions, and applying the solutions and
processes to resolve problems; and 6. Delivering projects with
planning, financial, resource, vendor, and risk management.

Job type:Full Time position. The annual salary range for this
position in the U.S. is$130,915.00 - $157,964.00per year. Also,
this position offers stock, retirement, medical, life and
disability insurance and eligibility for an annual bonus or for

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
