Check out our buzz on , and in .As a Staff Engineer on the Tapcart Consumer Engineering team, you will be an essential part of our product and brand experience. In a collaborative environment, you will work closely with Mobile Engineering, Design, Product, and Customer Success to build products that scale massively, look fantastic and engage millions of end-users. You will provide technical oversight for decision-making and implementation on multiple scrum teams, and raise the bar for craftsmanship and code quality across Tapcart Engineering.Our teams at Tapcart build world-class products using cutting-edge modern, reliable, and performant iOS applications. As Tapcart continues to grow you will be a thought-leader driving the strategic adoption of new technologies. You will be challenged with enhancing existing products as well as designing greenfield systems. • Working on our Mobile Storefront App: 80% of the internet is on mobile. Our vision is to consume that traffic and build a native storefront that billions of consumers use to shop every day
• Building our Customer platform: This platform is used by our customers to launch and manage their native apps in real-time. Our vision is to build a robust delivery pipeline that makes creating, managing, and delivering apps easy, attainable, and fun for every brand
• Working on our Analytics products: Our mobile apps are a rich source of data for our merchants to glean real-time insight on mobile and brand performance. Our goal is to power our dashboard team with a rich set of events that are quick to adapt to market and product conditions, ensuring the team can provide rich visualizations to our world-class merchantsWHAT SKILLS YOU WILL NEED
  • At least 7 years of professional iOS development experience
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Swift including state management, and build time configuration
  • Experience leading and architecting mobile products
  • Experience with Mobile CI/CD, Architecture Patterns (MVVM, Viper, Clean, etc)
  • Proven track-record developing greenfield products
  • Awareness of performance considerations such as cross-device and size compatibility, components, configuration driven UI, and load-time optimizations
  • Skilled at collaborating and mentoring teammates
  • Scripting, Automation skills are a plus Jenkins, CircleCI, fastlane, etc
