This Technical Support Specialist/Mobile Support Specialist

Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting IT service desk
requests providing support services to local and remote team
members with technical problems relating to smart phones, iPads,
emails, desktop/laptop and VPN issues.
-Installs, configures and troubleshoots hardware including:
laptops, workstations, netbooks, printers, VoIP phones, iPads,
video conference units and mobile devices.
-Maintains technical knowledge of all Hardware, Software and
Telecommunication technologies. Exercises sound judgment to provide
timely resolution service requests or escalations.
-Documents support tickets status and provide updates to team
members and management.
-Develops, documents, and maintains standard operating procedures,
practices and customer service guidelines relating to Company's
Minimum 5 to 7 years of progressive experience working in a medium
to large IT environment
-Minimum 5 to 7years' experience implementing and supporting
Microsoft desktop environments
-Demonstrated technical configuration, implementation and support
expertise with the following technologies, strategies and

-Desktop Image Design and Deployment projects
-Windows Desktop Operating Systems: Windows 7 and XP
-Removal of spyware and viruses
-Demonstrated practical operating knowledge of common
desktop/laptop hardware, iPads and smart phones. Specifically
Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Business Apps,
Mac iOS, Android OS, workstation imaging processes and printing
services; system applications, systems management, data
communication including basic network LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi environments
and remote access solutions.
-Demonstrated working experience with conferencing technologies
such as bridges, video conferencing, and WebEx.
