  • If you come into the lunchWhat impact will you have?You will optimize the relationship between Technology and Marketing.What will you be responsible for?
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams
    • Champion marketing automation to streamline the functions of marketing
    • Lead integration of data between platforms
    • Serve as super-user and product evangelist for a variety of digital too
    • Own marketing technology stack
    • Ensure marketing needs align with product road map
    • Oversee change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts
    • Manage training of marketing software and user adoption
    • Build relationships with internal stakeholder including marketing, engineering and product as well as external vendors
    • Optimize technology implementations
    • Manage of mar-tech implementation and integration
    • Manage of event tracking and Data needs
    • Setup automation and triggers across marketing technology stack
    • Own Google Tag Manager, CDP, and Engagement suiteWho will be successful in this role?
      • 5+ years experience with multi-disciplined marketing experience driving results for B2C organizations
      • Customer-focused: you take a customer experience point of view when building programs and experiences
      • Problem solver: you are proactive and solution oriented. Willing to lead and drive solutions to problems and opportunities across the organization
      • Strategic marketer who is inquisitive and proactive in terms of ideas and innovation
      • Strong understanding of how to create unparalleled brand experiences and a track record for delivering innovative, high-quality programs
      • Excellent people skills especially working with engineering and analytics to align digital marketing needs
      • Excellent communication. Written and verbal communication skills
      • Analytical: you love understanding data, patterns and trends and you aren't afraid to dig into the data directly
      • Experience with mobile marketing
