About the Team & Role
Patient Advocacy vision and strategy -
Our vision is to guide our customers. We view customer service as
an extension of product. Our strategy is to proactively activate,
engage, and retain our customers. -
What problem will the Technical Program Manager work on and solve?
-
The PA team manages 70K contacts per month, and we operate with a
$20M budget. We have been reactive in our support and service
motions for the past five years. We currently have an ad hoc
tools/technology stack, so our operation remains relatively early
in its maturity lifecycle. -
In 2022, we're guiding more, and being more impactful for our
customers and GoodRx by adopting a proactive support vision. -
This hybrid leader-executor will have deep familiarity with
customer support tools and technology. They will have experience
building roadmaps that enable inhouse and BPO support teams (e.g.
ticketing systems, knowledge management systems, telephony
solutions, internal tools, and automation roadmaps). The person is
detail-oriented, technically-inclined, a master communicator, and a
patient and clear storyteller. -
