As a Recruitment Analyst you will receive guidance and direction from the Human Resources Director, and will coordinate the full-cycle hiring and onboarding process for our Venice Family Clinic. In this recruitment coordinator role you will: * Coordinate the recruitment personnel activities, onboarding process, and hiring for initial appointment, reappointment, provisional status, and other actions related to Staff. * Apprise the HR Director of issues, create reports, and draft correspondence as needed. * Meet with hiring managers to educate them on the hiring process, help with job descriptions and classifications, and assist with PAF's (Personnel Action Forms). * Ensure adherence to department, State, Federal and regulatory agency policies, standards and requirements for credentialing. * Receive, screen and forward resumes to hiring supervisors. * Prepare offer letters and request background checks on final candidates. * Work with UCLA Health Talent Acquisition to identify potentially relevant community health center related job events. * Consult with Compensation as needed to ensure equitable salaries are being offered to candidates and wage/hour laws are being adhered to. Salary Range: $61400.00 - $121,400.00 AnnuallyQualificationsREQUIRED: * Working knowledge of best practices in employment and recruitment. * Demonstrated experience using a variety of sourcing techniques, including social networking, internet and other database searches. * Working knowledge of EEO/Affirmative Action policies. * Working knowledge of regulations, statues and laws related to recruitment and employment. * Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. * Demonstrate customer service skills, and possess the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across Venice Family Clinic and UCLA. * Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties. * Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, HRIS databases, applicant tracking systems and internet sourcing systems. * Demonstrate strong analytical and problem solving skills.
