Job Description:
Starting pay is $23.50 per hour!
$24.00 per hour upon successful completion of 90-day training
period.

JOB DESCRIPTION
TITLE: Housekeeping Supervisor
DEPARTMENT: Housekeeping
STATUS: Non-Exempt, Full Time, Full-Time, Regular
SUPERVISED BY: Rooms Manager
SUPERVISES: Room Attendants
. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the Room
Attendant staff and Housepersons who are cleaning guest rooms,
lobby areas, and common areas as assigned ensuring the Ocean View
Hotel's established standards of cleanliness. This position
supervises, directs, schedules, trains, motivates, and disciplines
the housekeeping staff in conjunction with the Rooms Manager. This
position is responsible for managing and reporting any maintenance
deficiencies, as well as opening the morning shift with
Housekeeping boards using OPERA and QUORE. A successful person in
this position must ensure that the standards and protocol of the
Department and the Company are followed without fail.
