Job Description:
Banquet House Attendant
The Banquet House Attendant is primarily responsible for the set-up
and breakdown of Banquet meeting rooms in accordance with "Banquet
Order" and diagram specifications. They are also responsible for
the maintenance and cleanliness of all meeting rooms, storage areas
and equipment such as tables, chairs, risers, transport carts,
easels and other Banquet equipment.

What you will be doing:
- Reporting to the Director of Banquets, responsibilities and
essential job functions include but are not limited to the
following:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging
service
- Assists Managers, Captains and fellow Heartists in exceeding
guest satisfaction
- Sets event rooms to the specifications of each Banquet Order and
diagram
- Makes minor changes and adjustments to room set-ups, with full
communication to Banquet manager, to better service guests and
Heartists
- Works quickly yet safely when a room set-up must be changed in a
minimum amount of time
- Carefully sets, maintains, stores and safeguards Events
equipment
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to lift, carry and transport relatively heavy
equipment
- Stays calm under pressure, with an ability to problem solve in a
fast-paced environment
- Good communicational skills
- Previous Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous experience in a fast-paced and active environment
preferred
