Doctor of Medicine | Hematology and Oncology Location: Los Angeles, CA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Description A growing oncology practice in Los Angeles, California is seeking a Hematology & Oncology Physician to provide comprehensive outpatient cancer care within a community-based oncology model. Physicians in this role work alongside a collaborative care team including Advanced Practice Providers, nurses, and clinical specialists to deliver coordinated and compassionate cancer care. The practice environment supports efficient workflows, tumor board collaboration, and opportunities to participate in research initiatives. Compensation: Inquire for details Job Responsibilities • Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care to patients • Diagnose and manage cancer and blood disorders • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans • Participate in multidisciplinary tumor board discussions • Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers and nursing teams • Monitor patient treatment progress and adjust care plans accordingly • Maintain detailed patient documentation using EMR systems • Participate in shared call rotation coverage Qualifications • MD or DO – Hematology & Oncology • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology • Fellowship training in Hematology & Oncology required • Eligible for or active California Medical License • Experience in community oncology preferred Working Hours Full-Time Outpatient Schedule Clinic-Based Practice Shared Call Rotation Skills • Oncology patient management • Hematologic disease treatment • Chemotherapy and cancer therapeutics • Clinical collaboration and care coordination • EMR documentation • Patient counseling and communication Requirements Requirements Providers must submit the following documents: • Updated CV • Active California Medical License or eligibility • Board Certification / Board Eligibility in Hematology & Oncology • Fellowship Training Documentation (Hematology & Oncology) • Government Issued ID • DEA Certificate (if applicable) • Professional References • NPDB Self Query Report pulled within the last 30 days Benefits ??
