a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient
rehabilitation team in Santa Monica. You will provide high-quality
care to patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or managing
chronic conditions in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities: Evaluate, plan, and provide physical therapy
treatments to patients. Track patient progress and adjust treatment
plans as needed. Educate patients and families on recovery
strategies and preventive care. Collaborate with the
interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care. Requirements:
California Physical Therapist license. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of
