Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Care Manager - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Job Description: Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager to coordinate patient care, manage utilization, and support discharge planning within an acute hospital setting. This role involves working closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions of care and adherence to quality standards. ?
